If there’s one thing that everyone is guaranteed to look at during your wedding reception, it’s the wedding seating plan! Guests are saved from the mad panic of trying to find a seat on a table with their friends/family. You can place people where they’ll be happiest! It will make a big difference to their enjoyment of the day and yours and will certainly help things run smoothly!
Easel not included. We require a minimum of three weeks from order approval to deliver your Seating Plan, if you order within three weeks there is a €20 extra charge.

Our Seating Plans are A1 (840x1188mm).
Professionally printed and mounted to a smooth board, perfect for placing on an easel.
** Please note, easel is not included.

We can customise seating plans to your specifications, accommodating the number of tables you are having at your wedding reception. Email us at [email protected] with your table names and guest names.
You will receive a design proof by email within three working days of ordering and sending us your details. Only one set of free amendments is included, so please be sure to have all details finalised before placing your order.

From anything to a travel theme, a drinks theme, a movie theme and much more, add your personality to these and create something special for your day. A €50 artwork fee is added to bespoke designs.
