How it works?

Yipee! You are on board to order your stationery with us. Here’s a guide on how the ordering process works.

We know there are enough hoops to jump through when you are planning your big day, so want to take the stress from you when it comes to ordering your wedding stationery. The order process is very simple with us.

All you have to do is follow a few simple steps – see below.

1. Get in Touch

We realise you may have lots of questions before placing an order, so you can get in touch by email: [email protected] or give us a call on 064 6676100, or why not call into see us in our studio in Killarney, Co. Kerry – appointments advisable.

We know there is nothing like a good old fashioned chat! We'll talk through what you have planned for your big day, your ideas and how this can be reflected best in your stationery.

2. Book & Deposit

We ask you to fill out our order form, which you can download the order form here, simply fill this out with all your information and send it back to us via email to: [email protected]

A €50 deposit, which you can pay here. This is required before we begin your artwork. Once this has been received we’ll get started on the fun bit!

4. Proofing

Next comes the bit we love – the designs!

When we have received your order form and deposit, we will begin working on creating your invite design. We will send you a digital mock-up of your chosen design or bespoke design within one week.

Hopefully you'll fall madly in love with the first draft you see, but don't worry if you don't as we offer 2 rounds of alterations free of charge.

As there are a lot of extra items you can add to your order like; coloured envelopes, sticker seals, address labels, envelope pattern liners, tags and more, we like for you to see all these options via email. We will email you visual images of how your designs matches up with various items, that will only make your invite shine even more. It’s totally up to you then how many extra items you wish to order.

*Remember to double check all spelling and dates are correct!

5: Pricing & Payment

When your order is ready and the design is passed, we ask you to confirm your quantities. We will then send you back a full quotation on your wedding invite and all the extra items we will that will enhance your wedding stationery. We need you to email back approval of the quotation and to confirm the items you wish to get. Full payment is then required before we send your wedding invitations to print.

We will also advise you on what paper & card would be most suitable for your wedding stationery design.

6: Approval & Printing

When we have received an email approving your artwork for print, we will then prepare the order for printing. Printing can take up to 10 working days. However if you need your order in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our upmost to speed things up.

Once payment is received and your items are printed, we are happy to courier them to you and hope you will be as excited to see the finished products as we were to create them.

You will receive your stationery with a courier, hopefully shed a tear (a happy one!) and it all starts to feel very real indeed.
