‘Tis the Season …… To get engaged!! – How to propose tips

The Festive Season is the most exciting time of year and December, as some of you will find out, is the most popular month for Irish couples to get engaged.

Here are a few little guidelines & Fun Facts for those who will be taking the leap this year!!

How to propose

Well there a lots of great ways to propose during Christmas, we have put a list together of some nice and creative ideas to help the grooms or brides-to-be.

Go with the classic proposal, wrap the ring up and hide it under the tree and leave it as the last present you give. Simple and sophisticated.

Something a little different, incorporate it into the Christmas decorations. Leave it hanging from the tree by tying it to a string or leaving it in a box and wait till your partner notices it.

Literally POP the question with a Sparkling Christmas Cracker. You can carefully cut open a Christmas cracker without pulling the snap, place the engagement ring inside. Make sure to put the ring in some nice tissue paper and then simply tape up the slit. It’ll be a great surprise, especially when they’ll be expecting a mini tape measure or some impossible puzzle.

Or you can toy with them a bit by putting the small engagement ring box inside lots of Christmas boxes which get bigger in size. Fun for everyone to watch!
